• Account data, email, sport, goals, and preferences you provide.
• Training data, sessions completed, journal entries, mood/energy logs, and self assessments.
• Coach conversations, messages you send to the AI coach so it can give you continuity and personalization.
• Device data, basic technical info (device type, OS, app version, crash logs) to keep the app working.

How we use your information

• To personalize sessions, coach replies, and training plans to your sport and progress.
• To compute your performance scores (Confidence, Focus, Composure, Motivation, Recovery).
• To improve the product, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security). We will not spam you.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, AI inference) under strict confidentiality, and when required by law.

Your choices

• Access, export, or delete your data at any time from settings.
• Disable analytics from settings.
• Contact us to revoke consent or close your account.

Security

We use industry standard security practices, encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Children

Mind by KAYYO is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
