Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mind by KAYYO (the "App"), operated by Power Punch Technologies, Inc. ("KAYYO", "we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your password, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials safe.

Not medical advice

Mind by KAYYO provides mental performance training, not medical or mental health care. Content is for general informational and training purposes only and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel from your platform account (e.g. App Store). Refunds follow platform policies and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App.
• Don't use the App to harm yourself or others.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The App, its content, and trademarks belong to Power Punch Technologies, Inc. You receive a limited, nontransferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Punch Technologies, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
